Involve Midlands are excited to be seeking a Fabricator/Welder for a client covering Nationwide Projects with an immediate start available. Based in the NG21 area however this will cvoer both shop & site-based work

Our client a specialist engineering firm is seeking a skilled Fabricator/Welder to join its growing team and support diverse projects across the transport and construction sectors. This is a full-time role combining workshop-based fabrication with on-site work throughout the UK — so a full UK driving licence is essential.

You'll be fabricating and welding components using mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminium, contributing to installations, repair works, and new builds. Site visits and client-facing work will be required, with occasional travel.

Minimum 3 years' hands-on experience in fabrication and welding

Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings

*

Self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team

*

Strong attention to detail and time management

*

Clear communication skills

*

Working knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics is desirable (training available):

Full UK Driving Licence
