We are currently recruiting on behalf of our global clients based in Uxbridge who are recruiting for a full-time Head of Treasury and Tax to join their team. Our client can offer a hybrid working model, and to be successful you will need experience in a similar role.

Typical duties include:

• Developing and leading group-wide treasury strategy
• Managing financial risks including FX and interest rate exposure
• Building strong relationships with banks, financial institutions, and credit rating agencies
• Negotiating financing, credit facilities, and banking services to ensure flexibility and minimise cost
• Leading global dividend strategy and capital repatriation to align with corporate goals
• Ensuring smooth, compliant cross-border cash movement
• Partnering with Finance and AR teams to strengthen credit control and improve collections
• Reviewing exposure, support weekly AR reviews, and contribute to customer risk strategies
• Driving international tax strategy across all jurisdictions
• Managing tax advisors and coordinate with local authorities during audits
• Partnering with the CFO and senior finance leads to ensure treasury and tax support wider group strategy
• Reporting directly to the board on liquidity, treasury KPIs, and tax risk

You will have:

• ACA / ACCA / CTA qualified (or equivalent)
• Proven experience in a similar role
• Strong technical knowledge of Treasury, International Tax Corporate Finance
• Confident communicator with the ability to explain complex tax matters to non-tax colleagues
• Excellent attention to detail and a hands-on, solutions-focused approach
