Our client is looking for to fill an opening for a Compensation Analyst
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY: Performs staff support activities to develop, implement, and administer compensation policies and programs.
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITY: Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize time sensitive issues. Maintains accountability for assigned tasks and recognizes when escalation is necessary. Ability to solve basic problems and take action. Ability to learn quickly in a fast paced, ever changing environment.
EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree preferred, preferably in Human Resources, Finance, Business or a Related Field. Requires 0 - 2 years of compensation administration experience. Prefer previous internship in Human Resources, Compensation, or Finance. High school diploma or equivalent required
