A Project Manager role is available with a leading consultancy in North London, supporting the delivery of commercial and residential projects. This Project Manager position offers structured career development within an established PM team.

The Project Manager will manage projects under senior oversight while maintaining direct client contact. You must have previous construction consultancy experience as a Project Manager to be considered for this role.

The Project Manager will coordinate consultant teams, manage project programmes and support procurement and delivery activities. The Project Manager will be responsible for maintaining reporting, tracking risks and ensuring milestones are achieved.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing design team inputs across RIBA stages

• Monitoring programme performance and reporting progress

• Supporting procurement and contractor appointment processes

• Managing project documentation and client reporting

• Assisting with risk and change management

• Experience working as a Project Manager within consultancy

• Sound understanding of construction processes

• Confident communicator with clients and consultants

• MAPM or working towards MRICS
