ABOUT THE ROLE

Our client is seeking an experienced and motivated Site Manager to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day site operations on high-end residential projects across London. You will ensure quality standards are upheld, timelines are met, and health and safety regulations are strictly followed.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage all on-site activities, ensuring smooth coordination between trades, suppliers, and project managers

Oversee the execution of high-specification construction and joinery work

Maintain strong communication with clients, consultants, and subcontractors

Ensure health and safety protocols are adhered to, in collaboration with the company's independent health and safety officer

Monitor project progress against plans, budgets, and schedules
