We are seeking a Senior Air Conditioning Installation Engineer to join a rapidly growing HVAC team working across London & Kent area. This is a pure AC installation role with no call-out, offering long-term stability and the opportunity to work on major commercial VRF air conditioning installation projects.

As a Senior Engineer, you will be responsible for leading air conditioning installation works, supporting junior engineers, and delivering high-quality HVAC installations across a wide variety of commercial sites.

Key Responsibilities:

* Air conditioning installation on commercial projects (VRF, VRV, splits)

* Leading installation teams on large HVAC projects

* Testing, commissioning, and completing high-quality AC installations

* Ordering materials and ensuring correct AC installation procedures

* Ensuring compliance with all HVAC and H&S regulations

Essential Skills & Experience:

* Minimum 5 years' experience as a Senior or Lead Air Conditioning Installation Engineer

* Strong background in VRF installation and commercial AC installation

* City & Guilds 2079 F-Gas Category 1

* CSCS or equivalent skill card

* Full UK driving licence

* Ability to lead a team and deliver projects to a high standard

* PASMA/IPAF advantageous
