We’re working on behalf of a well-established manufacturing business based in Thetford who are looking to add an electrically-biased Maintenance Engineer to their engineering team. This is a key position within a fast-paced production environment, focused on keeping machinery running efficiently and minimising downtime.Key Responsibilities

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across production equipment
• Fault-find and diagnose electrical issues on machinery, including PLCs, drives, and control systems
• Support continuous improvement and reliability projects
• Work closely with production to ensure minimal disruption to output
• Maintain high standards of health & safety at all times

About You

• Electrically qualified (NVQ Level 3, HNC, or equivalent)
• Strong electrical fault-finding ability
• Experience in a manufacturing or FMCG environment (desirable)
• Basic mechanical knowledge
• Reliable, proactive, and a strong team player
