You will be the trusted go-to for timely issue resolution, maintaining high levels of communication and collaboration across teams. The RequirementsThe organisation are ideally looking for an applications specialist with strong analytical skills. Key requirements include: 

• Strong SQL skills 
• Commercial experience dealing with tickets from a support context 
• Power BI and or reporting exposure preferred 
• Familiarity with VB is desirable
