Electrical Maintenance Operative
Salary: £30,000-£45,000
Hours: 40 hours per week | Monday to Friday (08:00-16:30)
Location: Newport based but with travel across South Wales and the Midlands

What You'll Be Doing
Carrying out planned and reactive electrical maintenance across multiple sites
Inspecting, diagnosing, and repairing faults using appropriate tools and techniques
Ensuring work is completed safely in line with health and safety regulations and Permit to Work procedures
Maintaining clean and compliant working environments
Recording completed work and associated costs using internal systems
What We're Looking For
Qualified electrician with completed apprenticeship
NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent)
18th Edition Electrical Regulations certification
Experience with cladding and roofing works
IPAF licence
CSCS card (desirable)
Strong understanding of health and safety practices, including risk assessments
Full UK driving licence
Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
Comfortable using IT systems to log and track work
Strong communication and teamwork skills
