We're looking for a confident and capable Contract Manager to take full ownership of a high-profile commercial contract. This is an ideal role for someone who thrives on responsibility, team leadership, and delivering excellence in service.

Key Responsibilities:

* Full P&L accountability for contracts up to £2.5M

* Lead and motivate an on-site and mobile team

* Build and maintain strong client relationships

* Ensure seamless delivery of core services, projects, and additional works

* Drive commercial performance and compliance

What We're Looking For:

* Proven experience as a Contract or Operations Manager (FM, building services, or similar)

* Strong financial acumen - confident managing budgets and cost control

* Excellent communication and leadership skills

* A proactive approach to service delivery and client satisfaction
