Job Title: Operations Manager

Salary: £45,000 + Bonus

Work Type: On site

Locations: Birmingham

The Duties:

Oversee the smooth and safe daily operations of your branch.
Work alongside Stock Controllers and Senior Operations
Employee safety is a top priority, so you'll work alongside colleagues in Risk, Health and Safety, and Compliance, while providing coaching and mentoring to Shift Managers.
Management of a 3PL Function
Set and manage KPIs in agreement with the Operations Director.
Support daily cycle counting and year-end stock
Conduct regular stock audits to ensure accuracy and address discrepancies.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and serviceIdeal Candidate:
