Key Responsibilities:

* Support and maintain Linux-based systems (RHEL/CentOS/Rocky/Ubuntu)

* Troubleshoot server, storage, application, and networking issues for global clients.

* Contribute to hardware/software installations, configurations, and deployments.

* Document resolutions and contribute to the internal knowledgebase.

* Learn and assist with enterprise storage systems, including distributed filesystems

* Support basic networking (VLANs, routing, switch configuration).

* Automation tools (SaltStack) and scripting (Bash/Python) — training provided.

Person Profile:

* Prior experience in an IT support role, service desk, or infrastructure support.

* Confident with Linux command line and basic system administration.

* Exposure to networking, storage, or virtualisation is advantageous.

* Excellent communication skills for working with technical teams and end users.
