We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Painter & Decorator to join our team in Bracknell. This is a customer-facing role focused on improving the condition of occupied homes through mould treatment, basic ventilation surveys, and high-quality redecoration work.

This is a Full Time Permanent position - You cannot work Self Employed in this role. 

About the role

In this role, you will:

Carry out mould treatment and redecoration following damp or condensation issues

Conduct basic ventilation assessments (training provided)

Complete all decorating work to a high standard, including preparation, painting, and finishing

Ensure a clean, safe, and respectful working environment in customers' homes

Communicate clearly and professionally with residents throughout each job

What we're looking for

Proven experience in painting and decorating, with strong attention to detail

Understanding of damp and mould issues, or a willingness to learn

A customer-first attitude and excellent communication skills

Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule

Full UK driving licence
