Location: Barnet, London

Salary: £35,000 – £45,000 + bonus

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Work Pattern: Monday to Friday, office-based

The Opportunity

We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established and growing financial planning firm seeking a skilled and motivated Paraplanner. This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with experienced advisers and support the delivery of high-quality financial advice to a loyal and established client base.

CII Diploma qualified candidates are preferred. However, applicants who are working towards the qualification and have relevant experience are also encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare financial plans, reports, and suitability letters
• Analyse client data, financial statements, and research suitable solutions
• Liaise with clients and providers to obtain relevant information
• Support advisers in delivering tailored financial planning advice
• Work collaboratively with administrative and support teams
• Use financial planning and research tools such as Voyant, FE Analytics, Salesforce, and Excel

Skills & Experience

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines
• Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to build strong working relationships with colleagues and clients
• Proactive, organised, and detail-oriented approach
• Good understanding of financial planning principles and client service
• CII Diploma qualified or actively working towards qualification
