The Role:

You will ensure the smooth running of the front desk while delivering exceptional customer service.

Key duties:

Managing check-in/check-out and guest enquiries

Handling bookings and requests

Maintaining high service standards

Resolving issues professionally

Supporting team operations and revenue targets

Requirements

Previous hotel reception experience

Strong communication and organisation skills

Reliable, proactive, and team-focused

Good problem-solving ability

Hours

40 hours per week

Shifts: 8:30am–5pm or 11am–7pm

2 days off per week
