🚛 Bendi (Flexi) Driver Wanted - Wednesbury 🚛

The Best Connection are recruiting an experienced Bendi (Flexi) Driver to join a busy and growing client in Wednesbury. If you're reliable, safety-focused, and ready for a hands-on role, we want to hear from you! The vacancy is going but may lead to permanent following a successful trial period.

🕒 Working Hours
* Training (first 2 weeks): 10:00 - 18:00
* Permanent shift: 14:00 - 22:00

💷 Pay Rates
* £12.71 per hour (training shift)
* £13.71 per hour (afternoon shift)

⚠️ Please note: This role involves 50% FLT driving and 50% manual handling

🔧 Key Duties
* Operate a Bendi (Flexi) truck to load/unload oil barrels
* Move and palletise stock safely
* Manual handling of oil barrels
* Carry out daily FLT checks and report defects
* Pick and prepare orders for dispatch
* Maintain a clean and organised warehouse
* Follow all health & safety procedures
* Support general warehouse duties as needed

✅ Candidate Requirements
* Valid Bendi/Flexi truck licence
* Warehouse/logistics experience (preferred)
* Strong attention to detail
* Good communication skills
* Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
* Able to work independently and in a team
* Flexible, reliable, and punctual
* Good understanding of health & safety
