• Perform timely and accurate repairs based on estimates and insurer directives, maximizing labor sales.
• Maintain the highest quality standards to minimize rework and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Identify and report any additional damage found during repairs.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization in the work area.
• Complete all necessary documentation according to company standards.
• Adhere to all operational procedures and safety standards.

• Experienced in MET techniques with a strong focus on quality and efficiency.

Offer:

• Full-time position with 40 hours per week.
• Competitive salary up to £33,280 per annum, with an uncapped bonus potential exceeding £40K, including team bonuses.
