Location: Ammanford, Carmarthenshire
Salary: £26,651 per year + up to 20% quarterly bonus

The Impact You'll Make
As an Internal Sales Advisor, you'll play a key role in driving regional sales performance and strengthening customer relationships. Your work will directly contribute to business growth while giving you the opportunity to develop commercially and professionally.
You will:
Deliver sales and frame targets within your region
Work collaboratively with Regional Sales Managers to achieve shared goals
Proactively follow up on quotations and convert them into confirmed orders
Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
Log and monitor enquiries to support data-driven sales improvements
Support customer visits, product launches, exhibitions, and events
Contribute ideas to continuously improve processes and performance
