Salary: 20300 - 24500 - Additional discretionary monthly bonuses

We are excited to be recruiting for positions across our Subway stores in Bradford and surrounding areas.
These roles have progression and management opportunities for those showing a positive attitude and ability to develop with training Pay Store Manager from £21,500 (plus discretionary monthly bonuses) Deputy Manager from £20,300 (plus discretionary monthly bonuses) Duties & responsibilities Serving customers, with focus on delivering and promoting excellent customer service at all times Preparation of food and stock rotation Maintaining high levels of store cleanliness Organise and prioritise shifts effectively, showing best practice at all times Complaint handling at store level Responsibility for cost control including labour, food, maintenance, small wares, overheads and other costs ensuring maximum profitability for each store.
Responsibility for the balancing of store inventory and cash control Responsibility for operational standards including cleanliness, service, and Company procedures (including implementation and adherence) in your stores.
Responsibility for the teams in your stores.
This will include ensuring your staff are performing their roles ; You will also be responsible for the training and development of your staff and having a positive impact on motivation and morale.
Point of contact for all store members of staff (including when not in store) Liaise with HR and Area Manager regarding disciplinary action in your area, ensuring all Company processes are adhered to.
Hold regular team meetings.
Conduct training as and when required.
Effectively communicate to staff all relevant items sent from Area Manager.
