Salary: £12.21/hour

A client of ours in the outskirts of Chelmsford are recruiting a Temporary Customer Service Administrator to join their team. This is a full-time temporary position working Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm and paying £12.21 per hour. The role will begin early September and will run through until Christmas.

Interviews will be held at the beginning of August. Please note, you will need to drive as the location isn't accessible by public transport.

Your key duties in this Customer Service Administrator role will include but are not limited to:

* Responding to customer calls and emails
* General administrative support and document preparation
* Updating spreadsheets and internal databases
* Letter writing and coordinating ticket responses

Skills and experience required to be considered for this role:

* Strong communication and customer service administration experience
* High attention to detail and accuracy
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
