Finance Assistant - Temporary Position
- Location: Faversham
- Annual Salary: Up to £25,000
We are currently looking for a Finance Assistant to join a property maintenance company on a temporary basis. The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of finance processes and, preferably, experience in the property maintenance sector.
Day-to-day of the role: - Assist with financial documentation, including invoices and accounts payable/receivable.
- Manage payroll and complete purchase orders.
- Perform bank reconciliations and data entry.
- Support budget preparation and conduct internal audits.
- Handle daily receipts and provide general finance team support.
Required Skills & Qualifications: - Experience in finance, property maintenance experience preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software.
- Knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles.
- Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
