Key Responsibilities

Lead Humanities curriculum across KS3-KS5

Raise standards across Geography, History and related subjects

Line manage Humanities staff

Track performance and implement interventions

Contribute to whole-school improvement

Person Specification

QTS with Geography or History specialism

Experience teaching Humanities at secondary level

Leadership or management experience

Strong organisational and strategic skills
