The opportunity:

As part of the Vacancy Management team - within Client Services you will play a critical role in ensuring the service provided to our external and internal teams is of the highest standard. As a Recruitment Partner) you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle (including but not limiting to; scheduling and coordination of candidates) for all vacancies, building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, utilising the supply chain to present quality candidate CVs to the client with an aim to fulfil all roles within SLA.

What you'll need to Succeed:

Whilst ability, motivation and attitude are most important, it would be a distinct advantage to have:

  • MSP / RPO operational recruitment experience essential
  • Challenging, Displays exemplary customer focus, proactive.
  • Awareness of Conflict Management
  • Strong verbal & written skills. Understanding and appropriate use of tone of voice.
  • Ability to present to wider audiences. Active listening/effective questioning.
  • Ability to conduct different types of interviews (e.g. structured, competency based and behavioural)
  • Experience of objection handling
  • Knowledgeable in the recruitment lifecycle
  • Effective time management, Prioritisation.
  • Proficient use of Word, Excel and Outlook
