Maintenance Operative

£40k - £45k per annum

Waltham Cross, Hertfordshire

We are looking for a Maintenance Operative to work for a large residential property developer based in Hertfordshire. This is a mobile role covering projects in Hertfordshire, London and Essex. The role does come with a company van and 25 days paid holiday, increasing to a maximum of 30 days.

As a Maintenance Operative your duties will involve.

Painting and Decoration
Patch Plastering and Dry Lining
Carpentry and basic plumbing works
Carrying out initial surveys
Complete all relevant paperwork

You Must have

Relevant maintenance experience
Good IT skills with Excel and Word
Good communication skills as dealing with the public

Standard Hours: Monday to Friday 7:30am - 4:30pm
