I'm looking for a Housing Assistant to join a small, dedicated housing team supporting residents across supported and general needs accommodation.

You'll play a key role in keeping services running smoothly while building strong relationships with tenants and partners.

📁 What You'll Be Doing:
✅ Supporting residents with tenancy issues and day-to-day queries
✅ Assisting with rent collection, income management and voids
✅ Carrying out regular property inspections and reporting maintenance issues
✅ Liaising with support workers, contractors, and local agencies
✅ Maintaining accurate records and providing administrative support
✅ Promoting resident engagement and community cohesion

🎯 What I'm Looking For:
🔹 Previous experience in housing, customer service or admin
🔹 Confident communicator with great people skills
🔹 Strong attention to detail and ability to manage your workload
🔹 Passion for helping others and a team player attitude
🔹 Comfortable using Microsoft Office and housing management systems
