Nursing Home Details:

An exciting new opportunity has arisen for a passionate and motivated Deputy Manager ( RGN / RMN / RNLD ) to join a beautiful nursing home based in the Swindon area. S The service welcomes applications from all General, Mental Health and Learning Disability Nurses as full training and support will be given and applications from experienced managers and also nurses looking for that next step up in their career as full management training and support is offered. Staff morale at the home is very high and the team are passionate about the high quality of care that they provide to each and every resident achieving a 5/5 Good CQC

This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic and dedicated Deputy Manager (RGN / RMN / RNLD) to join a leading healthcare provider in one of their lovely nursing homes. The service provides person centred care to elderly residents, including care for residents with Dementia and End of Life Care. The Home Manager is looking for the Deputy Manager (RGN/ RMN/ RNLD) to work alongside them ensuring the smooth running of the home.

Person Specification: Our client is looking for a Registered Nurse of any specialism ( RGN, RMN or RNLD all considered). All candidates must have a valid NMC Pin and full eligibility to live and work in the UK. Applicants must have good communication skills, a hard-working nature, and the willingness to get stuck in. Previous management experience is preferred for this position however experienced nurses with leadership skills will be considered for this role.
