*Sous Chef - 4 Rosette Tassili Restaurant at the Grand Jersey Hotel & Spa* Are you an experienced Chef with Michelin Star experience looking for a new challenge? Would you like to live and work on the stunning and sunny island of Jersey in the Channel Islands? Our Executive Head Chef Nicolas Valmagna is looking for a Sous Chef with a high level of technical skill, creativity and passion due to the intricacy of the menu and style of food being served in the Tassili restaurant. *About you:** * * You’ll have gained experience in a Michelin star kitchen and will have been working to rosette standards consistently in your career * You’ll be a stickler for hygiene and be able to lead by example and demonstrate best practice * Your knowledge of food and technical skills will be outstanding *What’s in it for you:* * A competitive salary * Use of Health Club facilities including gym and swimming pool * 29 days holiday rising to 33 days with service – we think it’s fair to value loyalty * £30 staff stays with Hand Picked Hotels per room Bed & Breakfast PLUS 25% discount of all food & drink.
