Showroom Sales Manager

SALARY: £23000 - £30000/annum

Showroom Sales Manager - Luxury Interior Design Materials - £23k to £30k, depending on experience - Spanish / English Speaking

We are currently supporting a luxury fabrics and wallpapers specialist company in finding a Showroom Sales Manager / Consultant. The individual will have lived in both Spain and the UK for several years, understanding both culture and able to speak both Spanish and English. The individual will have experience in dealing with B2B clients and ideally experience of working with luxury interior design products / interior designers, or similar.


* £23k to £30k, depending on experience

* Location: Central London

* Mainly Monday to Friday but occasional weekends for trade fairs etc may be required

* Permanent, full-time

* Short-listing and Interviews will take place in the second/third week of May


* Actively market and sell all collections and products distributed by the company, ensuring KPIs / Targets are met.

* Implement and develop Follow up techniques and focus with a specifier profile. Our aim is to make sure that our clients (interior designers) specify our products in their projects.

* Responsible for detecting the projects our clients are working on in order to win sales

* Quotations - Responsible for preparing quotations clients, following up, and coordinating/monitoring necessary actions with the rest of the team to win the order.

* Monitor and manage a detailed forecast for sales projections expected at the showroom based on open projects, orders not confirmed, stock checks, inquiries and reserves, all of them reflected on the Business Opportunity Report.

* Reporting - Prepare sales business reporting on daily,weekly and monthly basis as per requested by the Company Director

* Key accounts - Responsible for having them identified at all times, who they are; know about their Companies, their cores business, tastes, needs, projects. Build special strong and productive bonding relationships with them.

* Existing Clients - Build upon and maximize their potential. Introduce new product lines to them and foster them to visit our showroom regularly. Responsible for following up after their visit to our showroom, through emails and telephone conversations.

* Client Follow Up - Responsible for ensuring that customer follow-up and sampling is carried out quickly and efficiently,ensuring customer satisfaction is being achieved and orders won.

* New Clients - Actively strive to develop new business with new clients coming into our showroom or through own proactive research. Our main focus and core business comes from trade clients.

* Open new accounts - Responsible for managing(sending and collecting back/chasing) the New Account application/form from the new clients with potential to work with us.

* Pricing - Price all our products and keep them updated according to promotions and new launches.

* Trade Fairs - Attend as and when required professional events including trade fairs, delegations and business meeting wherever they should be.


* Experience of dealing with B2B Clients

* Experience of / interest in the Interior Design sector and dealing with interior designers

* Lived and worked in Spain / England and aware of cultural differences, as well as able to speak both Spanish and English.

* Smart, reliable, trustworthy, punctual and a friendly customer orientated personality

* Ideally to have experience of sales in fabrics, although not essential
