About the RoleAre you an experienced LMS (Learning Management Systems) professional looking for a hands-on system implementation role where you can take full ownership and lead a business wide project from start to finish?We're excited to be supporting a fast-growing manufacturing organisation in North Yorkshire as they embark on the implementation of a brand new Learning Management SystemThis is a pivotal 12 month Fixed Term Contract - where you'll be the driving force behind the successful configuration, launch and embedding of the platform across the business. The OpportunityYou will join a thriving organisation, operating across a busy single site with a strong culture, supportive team and a fast-paced environment.The business has elected their new LMS and are waiting for the successful candidate to be appointed before beginning their implementation. If you enjoy autonomy, taking ownership and delivering tangible outcomes - this is an opportunity for you. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end implementation of the new LMS
• Be the primary point of contact with the vendor's implementation team
• Configure the system, upload and organise course content and ensure usability across all departments
• Work with HR, IT and operational teams across the business to gather requirements and align the LMS with business needs
• Troubleshoot issues during implementation (with vendor support available)
• Prepare the organisation for launch, ensuring the system is fully functional and adopted effectively. 

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in implementing an LMS system 
• Strong understanding of LMS configuration, workflows and course/content setup
• Ability to work independently and drive a project 
• Background in project management 
• Experience in fast-paced or operational environments.
