Astute's contract team is working with a globally recognised construction company to recruit an Planner on a 8 week contract for its Swindon office.

The Planner role comes with a day rate of £500-£550 per day.

Key skills required for the Planner role

Ideally 10+ years' experience planning complex civil engineering projects
Strong and proven highways planning experience
Solid understanding of the bid process, timelines, and bid-stage planning requirements
Good understanding of HOCHTIEF processes and business needs (or similar major contractor experience)

Location, day rate and timeframe of the Planner role

Predominantly based in Swindon office, some flexibility available.
Outside IR35
Initial phase of project running until 22nd May 2026, possible extension.
