Salary: £25000 - £28000/annum



£25-28k basic with annual bonus

DallasWylde are exclusively recruiting for a Receptionist for one of our most prestigious clients based in Kidlington.

Purpose: To undertake reception duties, being the first point of contact to our internal and external customers. Responsible for assisting with the coordination of running of the office on a day to day basis alongside the PA to the MD.

Key Responsibilities / Deliverables:

* Manage reception area including welcoming customers, deliveries, and telephone calls

* Processing incoming and outgoing mail

* Maintaining office related supplies

* Supporting with additional administration assistance for the office and other departments when required

* Supporting the Office Manager with the running of the office

* Oversee meeting rooms to ensure sufficient supplies and support for external meetings

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

* Ability to work unsupervised using own initiative

* Attention to detail, organised and capable of meeting deadlines under time pressures

* Ability to develop and maintain good working relationships with clients and colleagues

* Experience of working in a similar role

* Skills and knowledge of Microsoft Packages
