SALARY: 19500 - + up to 10% bonus + company car

Haier - Sales Development Executive Full Time, Permanent Salary : £19,500 per annum + up to 10% bonus + company car Working : 5 days, Thursday to Monday Territory : 3 days per week in a Wednesbury store, 2 days visiting retailers in Coventry, Derby, Merryhill, Milton Keynes, Solihull and Wolverhampaton If you love to be on the forefront of technology, we have the job for you! Representing 3 fantastic brands, you'll be responsible for the sales performance of our client's products in multiple stores across a defined region in terms of both personal and that of the retail store colleagues.
Duties will span achievement of sales targets, the delivery of training to increase overall store performance and merchandising the branded area and client's products in allocated stores in the region.
You will be responsible for: Establishing credible, collaborative and profitable relationships with retail stores in your territory to deliver Haier's objectives and drive sales Representing the brand and driving sales in store across all Haier's products with some key focus Demonstrating and matching products to consumer needs confidently, leading to an increase in sales Building productive relationships in store, providing additional sales support and product training to store colleagues during quieter periods Maximising brand awareness Maximising in store availability and visibility through merchandising Reporting performance and insight daily Journey planning ensuring time in region is maximised You will have: A full UK (or European) manual driving licence for a minimum of 12 months Strong sales experience, ideally in a retail environment or able to demonstrate a strong ability to engage consumers Experience working with tech products, or a strong passion for technology and in particular the home appliance industry Strong interpersonal and communication skills The drive to succeed, with a "can do" attitude Accountability for your own results against specified targets Strong interpersonal and communication skills Accountability for your own results against specified targets In return we will offer you: Competitive salary with additional performance related bonuses Full initial and ongoing product and skills training that will enable you to be the best you can be in store Career possibilities within Powerforce /Advantage Smollan within this account or our wide portfolio of partners in Tech and FMCG nationally Extra benefits include: Enhanced pension, life assurance, enhanced paternity and maternity leave, Perkbox and Taste Card!
