Conrad Consulting have a fantastic opportunity available in the Framlingham area for a full-time Receptionist.

The ideal candidate should be organised, professional, and ready to be a key part of our clients front-line service.

Key Responsibilities:

Answering incoming calls and directing messages
Registering prospective tenants on our CRM system (Alto)
Booking and confirming property viewings
Handling maintenance queries from tenants and landlords
Submitting tenancy applications to landlords and managing responses
Preparing holding deposit documentation and uploading details to LetMojo
Providing general administrative support to the team

What We're Looking For:

Strong IT skills, including Word, Publisher, and Excel
A confident, professional phone manner and high standard of written communication
Organised, detail-oriented, and adaptable
Able to work both independently and collaboratively
