Pay: £88.94-£105 per day (depending on experience)

We're looking for a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming school in Northwich, providing both general classroom support and 1:1 help for pupils who need it most.

What you'll be doing:

Supporting the class teacher with lessons, activities, and behaviour management

Working 1:1 or with small groups to boost confidence and progress

Helping pupils with SEND to access learning

Creating a positive, encouraging learning environment

Assisting with classroom organisation and daily routines

We're looking for someone who:

Is patient, proactive, and enthusiastic

Has experience working with children (school, youth work, tutoring, SEN, etc.)

Can build strong relationships with pupils and staff

Is reliable and committed to supporting children's development
