The successful Account Manager - Wholesale:Within this role the successful candidate will be operating predominantly (but not exclusively) in to the Online Retail Sector (Worldwide) selling higher end health and beauty products. This role will involve utilising my client's established database of manufacturers to purchase a vast and diverse range of products. You will be tasked with selling these products to an established customer base. This customer base will include retailers, wholesalers and other manufacturers. A small part of the role will also involve sourcing new manufacturers to buy from and further customers to sell to.
The Successful Applicant
The successful Account Manager - Wholesale: - Proven track record of hitting and exceeding targets within a sales role - Ideally some FMCG or consumer background although this is desired and not essential - Experience negotiating pricing with clients - Ability and experience of working in a face paced sales environment - Experience of growing existing accounts as well as opening new accounts - The autonomy to work on your own as well as part of a team - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to influence - Experience building structured sales activity - High energy, motivated and tenacious - Excellent presentation, communication and customer relationship skills - Strong commercial acumen - Ability to listen, adapt and work efficiently in a rapidly changing environment - Naturally persuasive and hard working.
