Commercial Insurance Account Executive (Renewals) - MINIMUM 5 YEARS EXPERIENCE

Location: Lutterworth (LE17) - office based
Permanent | Monday to Friday, 9.00 - 17.00 | 25 days holiday + bank holidays
Salary: Up to £45,000 pa plus sales incentive

Our client, a well-established commercial insurance provider in Lutterworth, is seeking an experienced Renewals Account Executive to manage and grow their commercial client portfolio.

Key responsibilities:

* Manage client renewals and provide ongoing account support

* Identify opportunities to sell additional policies and meet sales targets

* Build and maintain strong client relationships

* Liaise with underwriters and insurers to ensure smooth processing

* Maintain accurate records and keep internal systems up to date

Requirements:

* Minimum of 5 years' commercial insurance experience (does not have to be as an Account Executive)

* Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills

* Professional, organised, and proactive in problem-solving
