We’re recruiting for a skilled SEN Support Worker to join a specialist provision supporting pupils with autism, sensory processing needs, and undiagnosed developmental delays.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver tailored interventions and structured routines
• Liaise with speech therapists and external agencies
• Support families with resources and referrals
• Train and mentor junior staff

Ideal For:

Professionals with experience in autism support, speech and language, and family liaison. A background in therapeutic or trauma-informed practice is a plus.
