Due to a continual increase in demand from our Accountancy & Legal clients we are looking to add to the team, which is based in Rochford Essex however partners with Accountancy Practices and Lawyers in City / West End / Essex and the Home Counties.

Joining an experienced team this is a great opportunity for somebody to take their first step into recruitment or for an experienced recruiter / business developer / account manager to work closer to home whilst still partnering with clients in London and across the country.

Depending on your background, you will be assigned a Portfolio of Clients and will specialise in either Audit & Accounts / Tax / Corporate Finance or Legal working in either a 360 or 180 capacity.

Your role will involve -

• Meeting with Candidates & Clients (via Teams or Face to Face)
• Working with Preferred Supplier Clients (the hard work has already been done for you!)
• Continuously growing and developing your network
• Utilising our extensive Salesforce database & LinkedIn Recruiter
• Organise and attend Client events

Progression opportunities exist towards a Senior level, and then further would consist of the opportunity to move into either a Managing Consultant or a Principal Consultant role. At Senior level, you have the opportunity to mentor trainees and earn from their initial success.
