Accounts Assistant | 3 month contract (temp to perm) | 4 days in Central London per week| £180pd Inside IR35
We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to join a highly regarded membership body on a temporary basis, with a strong chance of moving into a permanent role. This is a varied position supporting accounts payable and receivable, reconciliations, and general finance administration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process expenses and invoices
- Scan and manage invoice documentation
- Manually process credit card expenses
- Cash allocation and bank posting transactions
- Sales invoice processing (mostly via our internal system)
- Reconciliations and transactions for AP & AR
- Assist with audit preparation and administration
Skills & Experience:
- Experience of working as an Accounts Assistant before
- Ideally experience with Access Dimensions or CRM systems (Dynamics 365 desirable but not essential)
- AAT qualified or early stages of ACCA
- Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills
- Comfortable working with standard accounting processes
