This role is best suited to an experienced Change or Project Manager who has delivered complex transformation initiatives within a regulated financial services environment. If you enjoy owning end-to-end change delivery, working across technology, operations and adviser processes, and seeing tangible outcomes from your work, this role offers the scope and autonomy to do exactly that.
You will be trusted to lead meaningful change across systems, data, processes and ways of working, while operating within a strong governance framework. The role offers remote working, senior stakeholder exposure, and the opportunity to influence how change is delivered across a growing, forward-thinking business.

The business is a well-established wealth management organisation operating in a highly regulated environment. It places strong emphasis on governance, client outcomes and continuous improvement, while actively investing in technology, data and process optimisation.
Change is viewed as a strategic function rather than a support role. You will work closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams across distribution, investment, operations and technology, contributing directly to the organisation’s long-term direction and efficiency.
The Role
In this role, you will take ownership of multiple change initiatives from initial planning through to delivery. Your day-to-day work will involve building and maintaining project plans, coordinating cross-functional teams, managing risks, and ensuring projects remain on track in terms of time, scope and budget.
You will work closely with stakeholders to understand business objectives, translate them into structured change plans, and support teams through the delivery and adoption phases. This includes managing governance, reporting progress clearly, and addressing challenges pragmatically as they arise.
The role combines strategic oversight with hands-on delivery. You will be expected to engage with systems, data, technology partners and internal teams directly, ensuring that change is practical, compliant and delivers measurable value.
