Working Hours: Monday to Friday - 40 hours per week

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Mechanical / AHU Engineer to join a specialist building services team operating within a large production and studio complex in Berkshire.

This is a static role across two large buildings, where you will be responsible for maintaining a significant portfolio of approximately 200 Air Handling Units and associated HVAC equipment. The position offers a stable Monday-Friday schedule and the chance to work within a technically interesting and unique environment.

The Role:

• Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) across a large number of AHUs.
• Servicing and maintaining ventilation equipment including fans, motors, belts, bearings, dampers and filters.
• Diagnosing faults and carrying out mechanical repairs across HVAC plant.
• Supporting reactive maintenance tasks to ensure minimal disruption to site operations.
• Working closely with a Mechanical/AHU Mate to complete servicing and maintenance tasks efficiently.
• Ensuring all maintenance works are completed in line with health and safety standards and site procedures.
• Maintaining accurate records of servicing, repairs and inspections.

Package:

• Salary up to £45,000 depending on experience
• Company vehicle provided
• Monday to Friday working hours - 40 hours per week
• 20 days annual leave plus bank holidays
• Stable long-term role within a specialist mechanical maintenance environment

Requirements:

• Strong mechanical background with experience working on AHUs or large HVAC/ventilation systems.
• Experience carrying out servicing, maintenance and fault finding on mechanical plant.
• Good understanding of ventilation systems and associated mechanical components.
• Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively.
• Full UK driving licence required.
