We are looking for an experienced Marketing Specialist to help us drive the next phase of growth.

Marketing Specialist Role:
Design and execute targeted campaigns to generate high-quality leads across our service pillars, refine Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs), optimise digital assets, and collaborate with sales and creative teams to convert ideal customers.

Key Responsibilities

1.

Profiling

* Refine ICPs.

* Build lists via Apollo/LinkedIn.

* Share insights with sales.

2.

Campaigns

* Run email, ads, LinkedIn campaigns.

* Create assets.

* Align with launches

3.

Content

* Manage landing pages.

* Support SEO blogs, resources.

* Optimise CTAs.

4.

Email

* Build CRM campaigns

* Run outreach with Lemlist/Instantly.

* Improve email metrics.

5.

Analytics

* Track MQLs, SQLs, CPL.

* Use Analytics/Dynamics/Power BI.

* A/B test creatives.

6.

Collaboration

* Align with sales/creatives.

* Provide scripts/assets/reports.

Skills & Experience

* 3+ years in B2B lead or demand generation

* Skilled in ICP targeting, campaign execution, and funnel optimisation.

* Familiar with HubSpot, Dynamics 365, Lemlist, Canva, or GA4.

* Strong copywriting and analytical skills with a creative edge.

* Knowledge of LinkedIn/Google Ads management.
