We're hiring for a skilled Joiner to work on-site with a well-established construction firm in Macclesfield. This role involves a variety of joinery work on new build properties, offering the opportunity to transition into self-employed work.

What's on offer?

* £20 - £22 per hour

* Monday to Friday working hours (8am - 4pm)

* Long-term work on new build housing developments

* Opportunity to go self-employed with a trusted contractor

* Weekly pay during initial placement

What will you be doing as a Joiner?

* Installing doors and door frames to specification

* Fitting skirting boards and architraves

* Carrying out flooring installation

* Kitchen and fitted furniture installation

* Working on outdoor structures such as canopies

* Supporting general joinery tasks across residential plots

What do you need?

* NVQ Level 3 in Joinery or equivalent experience

* Own transport - own tools preferred

* Proven experience in site-based joinery, ideally in new build environments

* Strong attention to detail and ability to follow drawings/instructions

* Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
