Astro Education is working with a welcoming primary school in the Knutsford area to recruit a Level 2/3 EYFS Teaching Assistant for a full-time role starting after Easter.

The Role

You will be supporting pupils within an EYFS setting, helping to deliver a strong foundation for early learning and development.

* Supporting children through play-based learning

* Assisting with phonics, early reading and development activities

* Helping to create a safe, engaging and structured environment

* Supporting pupils' social, emotional and communication development

* Working closely with the class teacher and EYFS team

Requirements

* Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)

* Experience working within an EYFS setting

* A nurturing, patient and proactive approach

* Strong communication skills

* Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
