Location - UK and Ireland with occasional trips to Europe.

Salary package - £43K - 50K D.O.E + Vehicle

Holiday: 25 days + 8 Bank holiday's

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Field Service Engineer Role, to contribute more to the wider business and get involved in installations, commissioning, servicing and repair works.

Our client a leader in the engineering and manufacturing of packaging and process machinery for global markets. This is an excellent time to join a large group with strong backing.

Our client is looking for a Field service engineer to join their team. Our client also offers excellent training.

The Role

You will be involved in installations, commissioning, servicing and repair. You will be working at large, automated facilities around the UK and Ireland with occasional trips to Europe.

On-Site Work: Travel to customer sites to carry out installation, commissioning, servicing, and breakdown support.
Workshop Support: When not on the road, assist with the build and rebuild of new and existing equipment in the workshop
Compliance: Ensure all work complies with current EU CE marking legislation. Team Collaboration: Work closely with Sales and Project teams to deliver high-quality customer solutions.
Team Environment: Join a close-knit team of six engineers, with one member permanently based in the workshop. You will be working on conveyors, PLCs, packaging and processing machinery.

The Candidate

To be successful in your application you must have the following skills and qualifications:

Must have an electrical or mechanical qualification in engineering.
Must be able to fault find on electrical and mechanical systems.
Must be willing to stay away.
PLC experience fault find check input and outputs.
Automated manufacturing experience would beneficial.
Self-motivated and enthusiastic.
Full UK driving License
