In-House Company Secretarial Assistant

Are you keen to commence your company secretarial career working in an in-house capacity with a large organisation based in Westminster? 

This broad role of in-house company secretarial assistant would involve joining a Secretariat; you will gain exposure to meeting support, governance, projects and statutory compliance.
In further detail, as the In-House Company Secretarial Assistant, your responsibilities will include:
  • managing a portfolio of entities located both UK and offshore
  • ensuring statutory and regulatory compliance such as providing assistance with the approval process 
  • liaising with providers and internal stakeholders 
  • managing ad hoc projects
  • dealing with name changes, officer changes, registered office, change of year-end etc.
  • assisting with entity rationalisation projects 
  • drafting board and shareholder resolutions 
  • maintaining the group structure chart
  • organising notarisations and legalisations globally
  • implementing and setting up powers of attorney
