Novo Gyms, a progressive gym chain revolutionizing the fitness industry, is seeking a motivated and experienced Personal Trainer to join our team in Greenwich. As a Personal Trainer, you will have the opportunity to work one-on-one with clients, helping them achieve their fitness goals through customized workout plans and expert guidance.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct fitness assessments and consultations to understand clients' goals, preferences, and limitations.
• Design personalized workout programs tailored to clients' individual needs, incorporating strength training, cardio, flexibility, and functional movements.
• Provide ongoing support, motivation, and accountability to clients to help them stay committed to their fitness journey.
• Demonstrate proper exercise techniques and ensure clients perform exercises safely and effectively.
• Track clients' progress and make adjustments to their workout plans as needed.
• Stay informed about industry trends and advancements in fitness training methodologies.

Required Qualifications:

• Certified Personal Trainer with a reputable certification (e.g., NASM, ACE, ACSM).
• Proven experience in personal training, with a track record of helping clients achieve results.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Passion for health, fitness, and helping others succeed.
