Are you seeking the opportunity to put your experience to good use within an ever-evolving business? The aim of this hands-on role is to ensure that our clients customers receive accurate invoices and reports within an efficient manner.
You will be ensuring that you are involved in supporting the business's values by working collaboratively to achieve a fantastic outcome for the organisation and it's customers.

Duties within the role will include:
Running billing integrity checks
Being responsible for running test bills and customer rating reports
Ensuring accurate billing of new products with customer's initial bill
Liaising with suppliers and billing provider
Ensure the smooth running of tasks on a daily and monthly basis
Ensuing management of tickets within the billing teams queue
Assist with running of monthly and daily bill runs, issuing accurate invoices
Investigate billing issues, proposing any changes where necessary
Reporting & Analysis
Creating and managing monthly billing report.
Monthly reporting and analysis, preparing when required for customer reports
Ad hoc project work

To be considered you will have:
Great communication skills both verbal and written
3 + years billing experience ideally within a technical field
Excellent Microsoft Excel experience including pivot tables and VLOOKUP's
Previous proven knowledge of exposure to data
Strong teamwork skills
Desirable use of PowerBI, SQL
