🕒 Hours: 37.5 hours per week (flexible shifts Mon-Sun)

💸 Salary: Up to £40,000 + OTE £50,000+

About the Role

We're seeking an experienced and driven Sales Team Manager to lead and develop a dynamic telesales team within our busy Contact Centre. You'll report to the Contact Centre Manager and play a crucial role in coaching, motivating, and guiding your team to consistently exceed performance targets.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Coach and develop sales agents to achieve KPIs and personal goals

✅ Support succession planning through staff development

✅ Analyse performance data to pinpoint coaching needs

✅ Assist with recruitment efforts to attract top-tier talent

✅ Drive commercial strategies to enhance revenue and service quality

✅ Monitor absence and timekeeping in line with company policy

✅ Ensure FCA compliance and adherence to internal procedures

Essential Skills & Experience

🎯 Proven experience managing telesales or sales teams

🎯 Strong coaching, performance management, and leadership skills

🎯 Excellent verbal and written communication

🎯 Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel & Word essential)

🎯 Experience in regulated environments (FCA)

🎯 Knowledge of Travel Insurance a bonus

🎯 Analytical mindset with problem-solving strengths

🎯 Confident, hands-on leadership style

Mon-Fri: 8:30 am-8:00 pm | Sat: 9:00 am-5:00 pm | Sun: 10:00 am-5:00 pm | Bank Holidays: 10:00 am-4:00 pm

(one saturday per month - One Sunday per month)
