Experienced Lettings Manager required to lead a busy Lettings office in the fleet area: managing lettings operations, driving growth, delivering excellent service, and supporting team success within a smart local independent agency.

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Lettings Manager to join a respected independent Estate Agency in Fleet.

This role suits would ideally suit a candidate who can assist and report to the Lettings Director, win new business, lead a team, and further develop their career within a professional and supportive environment.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Managing the day-to-day operations of the lettings department
• Generating new business and winning instructions
• Carrying out property valuations and securing new listings

• Leading, motivating, and developing the lettings team
• Ensuring exceptional service delivery to landlords and tenants
• Driving performance to achieve and exceed targets
• Maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant lettings legislation

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Previous experience in residential lettings, ideally at management or senior level
• Proven track record of achieving strong results in a lettings environment
• Strong listing and valuation skills
• Ability to lead and develop a team effectively
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Professional, well-presented, and articulate
• Good local knowledge of Fleet and surrounding areas preferred
• Full UK driving licence and own vehicle essential
